A full property buyout is required to host a ceremony or reception on the property.

Elopements that are booked with www.carrieann-photography.net and have one of our cabins booked may have their ceremony and photos on the property with prior approval. (must be just the bride & Groom)

Styled shoots that benefit the marketing of our venue and allow us full use of the images are allowed by pre-approval and appointment only.

Full property buyouts for weddings & receptions booked through our airbnb listing are subject to additional venue usage fees, separate contract required, event insurance required. Booking through airbnb still requires full package pricing be met and all required documents be signed for event to take place.
