It all begins with an idea. Carrie has been a wedding photographer in Montana for the past 18 years and always dreamed of running a venue like no other in the state. With a love of historic buildings and Andy being a builder, we put our minds together on this one-of-a-kind wedding chapel. While moving the materials from a few historic chapels across country could not be done in one piece, there was a lot of work involved to rebuild this beauty restoring what we could as well as adding modern day amenities. Restoring old buildings has a huge place in our hearts. Both cabins on the property are original Montana homesteads rebuild to maintain their 100+ year old charm as well as add the comforts of modern day. There’s nothing quite like the beauty of history, and the wonder of the stories told long before us.
Our venue is an exclusive venue and limited to booking 15 events per year.

Add additional full property lodging nights to any package for $3,500/nt
Our packages do not include the use of the property or chapel for a rehearsal sit down formal dinner or welcome party.
To add the use of the chapel for a rehearsal dinner or welcome party the additional cost is $3,500. Rehearsal dinner or welcome parties have a maximum of 40 people allowed and any amplified music must be indoors. Any rehearsal dinner or welcome party service added to your package must be pre approved and added to your contract.
We do allow for a 3 hour window the day prior to your wedding day for a rehearsal ceremony run through outside the chapel and access to set up and decorate the chapel for your wedding the next day. This timing must be prearranged so our property manager can be onsite to oversee this decorating time and be available to help move items and answer questions. This time may not be used for a rehearsal dinner or welcome party.
We do not allow for rental tents or outdoor amplified music (other than ceremony music or first dances)
unless pre-approved.
Maximum lodging on the grounds is 30 people. Sorry we do not allow camping of any kind on the property.

Highland Hill Farms is a pet free venue facility. We do allow for up to 2 dogs owned by the Bride & Groom only allowed on site for the ceremony and one hour of photos following outside on the grounds (2 hours maximum). Dogs are not allowed in any building or lodging on site at any time. This does include all forms of emotional support animals. During the allowed 2 hours onsite all dogs must be on a leash at all times and cleaned up after. We do require that we be notified of any dogs that will be onsite for the ceremony and photos following so our site manager may be present to ensure the safety of our farm animals during this time. We love our fur babies as well so we understand the desire to have them be present for your ceremony and photos. Our lodging is all rented as pet free and with our farm animals being our babies we are strict on this policy and are happy to help you find the very best doggie hotel nearby (3 amazing options within 5 minutes of the venue) to make sure they also have the best stay here in Montana.
